My apartment

So I have just received my luggage. Since I had to take a train to my apartment I had to courier my bags. Well I wasn't at home when they delivered them, and of course they left a sheet of paper with about 2000 Japanese kanji characters that I'm guessing said something along the lines of... "Call this number to get your bags." So I had to get my manager to translate it for me. Actually my manger speaks almost no English, so I had to get her to translate, then the teacher I'm replacing to translate from her to me. But alas here are the pictures of my apartment.

Here is where I park my bike. Yes I got a bike, and its the old school kind with a basket on the front. Please don't make fun of me, it was the cheapest one available. Its normal here.

This is the view from my balcony. The stairs on the left lead up to my apartment.

View from the front of my apartment.

View of my apartment from the hallway/kitchen/bathroom area.

This is the hallway which holds a kitchen, bathroom, and food storage.

Yeah thats my kitchen...

My bathroom. Notice how the sink shower and toilet all work from the same faucet.

This is a loft above my living room. Eventually I want to put my bed up there and get a couch downstairs. But right no my bed is the only thing I have to sit on.

This is my TV. The remote, buttons, menu's, and channels are all in Japanese, so I haven't been using it that much. Unless I really get the urge to get really confused and freaked out by Japanese commercials.

My bed/futton. Its pretty nice really.

All in all much better than I was expecting. Next topic, my first trip to Osaka...
