Just some things that have happened in the past month.
My parents came to Japan. It was really nice to have them here, and I will say they did do their best to enjoy some parts of Japan. However Mom and Dad refused to speak even one word of Japanese (is it that hard to say Arrigato instead of Thank You?). We went to the Tokyo fish market, which is pretty much the freshest sushi in the world, but no one would take the plunge and try a piece. So you guys can give them a hard time for that.
Here are some highlights of our trip...

My first trip to Tokyo as well. I honestly really did like it. The trains were a bit confusing, but being the biggest city in the world definitely gives it a unique vibe.

I sprung my ankle last night running in Osaka. I hobbled around the city today trying to make it home. I'm really hoping I can walk tomorrow or I will have to call in sick.
I renewed my contact with GEOS as of Mar 19 2008. This means I'm obligated to stay in Japan until at least June of 2008. After that who knows.
