We then headed up the west coast along the Tasmainian Sea? Not sure what its called. Lonely Planet called it one of the 10 best road trips in the world. I have to agree, since most of my road trips have involved the state of Arkansas. We stopped for a few pics, the ones I included are at the pancake rocks. They are called that because they have layers of rock that look like stacked pancakes.
We spent the night in the van on the beach on the north part of the Island last night. We woke up and went to this place called Harwoods Hole. Its the largest cave in the Southern Hemisphere. So as Tugg and I are walking up we are discussing using our camera as lights to "splunk" down into it. Well it turns out it not as much a cave as it is seriously just a huge hole in the ground. We walked to the edge and my heart started racing about 200 bpm. I threw a huge rock into the hole, defintley took about 10 seconds to hear it land. And I might have started some kind of rock slide in the process.
Tomorrow we take the ferry to the North Island for 10 more days of NZead, then back to OZ.
